Will joined Kemp Home Inspections in 2024 and conducts structural inspections, performs structural analysis, and designs repairs for residential structural issues. He has been a great addition to our team.
Amanda Schindhelm, PE

Mandy joined Kemp Home Inspections in 2017 and conducts structural inspections. Mandy is known for her “can do” attitude!
Mike Frustaci
ASA Certified Structural Technician, Home Inspector, Mold Inspector
Mike joined Kemp Home Inspections in 2025 as an experienced home inspector and former project manager for construction projects. He completed the ASA Certification training in 2025. Mike performs full home inspections, Advanced Structural Assessments, mold investigations, and grading and drainage evaluations. Mike is a licensed/certified home inspector in Maryland, DC, and Virginia.
Melodie Brodin
Office Admin/Scheduling
Melodie is the frontline “voice” of Kemp Home Inspections. She joined us in 2020 at the start of COVID, and has been invaluable in helping us adapt to the changing inspection landscape. Her enthusiasm for her work and attention to detail makes her a critical member of the Kemp Home Inspections team.
